Common Ground Dance Company
Common Ground Dance Company celebrates dance by creating an opportunity for young dancers to perform alongside professional companies.
As part of our mission to mentor young dancers and our commitment to making dance accessible for all ages, Common Ground Dance Company’s Annual/Benefit Concert will feature both professional dance companies and student companies from area high schools and dance studios. This year our Benefit concert will be supporting the Kennedy Krieger Institute’s Dynamic Dance Therapy program.
The eighth annual Dancing for a Common Ground Concert will take place March 15th at 7 pm, and March 16th at 2pm. Performances will be at the:

Common Ground Dance Company (CGDC) is a professional regional repertory dance company dedicated to bridging the gap between art and audiences. Established in 1998, the company sought to provide a nuturing environment for dancers and choreographers throughout the greater Baltimore area and beyond where they could develop their dance and many talents. CGDC strives for artistic excellence while presenting dance that is accessible to all ages and audiences alike. The artists and board members of CGDC devote themselves to the mentoring of young dancers and creating public performance that fosters the unique value of dance a tool for communication and expression.
